SOSA Freeze Dried Cherry Crispies are made from pure Cherries that have been dehydrated, made into powder which is combined to form crispies. They give a strong burst of flavour. Use as an inclusion in baking, patisserie and chocolate. Bear in mind they will be affected by moisture so to give a protective coating, coat in a ‘fat’ such as cooled melted chocolate, butter or cocoa butter.
